Safe front doors for families

We had a really beautiful stained glass door when we moved into our house - until my kids had a race through the house and fell through it. Now we have upgraded our door to use safety glass instead of the older glass so that we can't have any similar accidents. I never thought about it until we had this accident. I thought it would be a good idea to start a site that talks about door safety, including accidents with glass, accidents where children get their fingers caught in the door and any other accidents that can occur.
